Martin Perez, CEO

  • 25 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, treasury, accounting, strategic planning and implementation, acquisitions, divestitures, investor relations, and international finance.

  • Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer of a Managed Care Health Maintenance Organization with $630 Million in annual revenues. The organization was recognized as “One of the Best Places to Work For” for three consecutive years.

  • Chief Financial Officer of the Latin Americas Region of a publicly held worldwide integrated wholesaler and provider of wireless communication services. The Latin Americas Region had annual revenues in excess of $1.2 Billion and represented over 50% of the company’s operations.

 

Rafael Perez, Chairman

  • 25 years of progressive executive experience in managed health care enterprises, over 20 years in senior management roles.

  • Demonstrated strength in leadership with an entrepreneurial approach to business development, strategic planning, and team building and communication skills. Experienced in financial decision-making, budgeting, and capital equipment purchase.

  • Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of a Managed Care Health Maintenance Organization with approximately $630 Million in annual revenues. The organization employs over 400 employees in offices located in Miami-Dade and Broward.  

 

Randall E. Lightbody, Chief Operating Officer

  • 30 years of senior sales and operating executive experience with proven success in all phases of the P&L including sales and operational leadership.  

  • Considered an expert in change management, explosive growth, start-ups and defined by disciplined execution and teamwork.

  • Executive level experience from his national leadership roles at companies such as Accenture, Digital Risk, Morgan Stanley, Bank One, Royal Bank of Canada, and Countrywide Bank.

  • Recognized expert at molding a cohesive team of operations, sales, marketing and product into an integrated business system and driver of growth.

 

Sonia Benitez, Senior Vice President Operations

  • 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry, building one of the most successful women-owned mortgage companies in South Florida.

  • Recipient of the Federal Housing Commissioners Special Achievement Award, recognizing Equity Financial as one of the Top 5 lenders in the US of FHA loans to minorities.

  • Established risk management and business unit guidelines to ensure all State, Federal and local regulatory guidelines were met.

  • Has assembled teams of highly-qualified professionals committed to the highest standards of business conduct in relationship to customers, investors, and shareholders.

 

Tino Diaz, Senior Vice President of Business Process Improvement

  • Founding Managing Officer and President of Americana Federal Savings & Loan.

  • Director of US League of Savings Institutions - Management Services, Institute of Financial Education, SAF Systems & Forms.

  • CEO of The Delta Group USA and CharisPros USA as a business process coach improving the profitability and competitiveness of firms.

  • National Chairman & President – National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Created the NAHREP Code of Trust – “En Confianza”.

  • Member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors Consumer Advisory Council.

  • Senior executive with 28 years’ experience in residential development projects, new construction and mortgage lending.

  • Experienced in structuring joint ventures, negotiating strategic alliances and partnerships.

  • Recipient of the Federal Housing Commissioners Special Achievement Award as one of the top 5 lenders in the US of FHA loans to minorities.
